PMO

- Work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to deliver vehicle programs in line with Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) targets, with strong focus on activity schedule management.
- Manage, supervise, and provide technical direction for planning and scheduling activities across all departments involved in vehicle launch programs.
- Lead assigned Vehicle Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
- Monitor task completion and team performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Plan, direct, and control activities related to the design, development, and product release within defined program goals.
- Allocate and adjust workload, manage parallel activities, and optimize program schedules. Ensure team members are equipped with necessary resources, tools, and training to execute tasks efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments for processes and project activities; develop mitigation plans where required.
- Escalate and manage program risks and critical issues in a timely and structured manner.
- Drive team performance through the application of standard project management processes and best practices.
- Lead technical reviews and program checkpoints when necessary.
- Prepare status reports and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, resolve program conflicts, and drive corrective actions for significant issues.
- Attend project meetings and ensure effective communication and follow-up of action items.
