What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can learn fast, understand unfamiliar businesses, and turn vague problems into clear software requirements.

What You'll Do

• Join client calls and turn discussions into clear requirements.
• Map business processes and identify problems.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Test features before client delivery.
• Support internal products from validation to launch.

• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new industries by asking the right questions.
• Good product sense - able to identify the real problem behind a feature request.
• Understanding of how businesses make money and make decisions.
• Working-professional English, both written and spoken.
• Exposure to SQL, APIs, Figma, Jira, or Linear is a plus.
• Previous work experience in any industry or a second European language is a plus.
