*** Position Overview
- Lavergne Goupe is seeking an experienced Power BI and SQL Data Analyst to join our finance and analytics team working from Lavergne Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI connected to Google BigQuery. This role plays a key part in improving visibility on financial and operational performance across our global sites in Canada, Belgium, and Vietnam.
***Key Responsibilities
* Power BI Development
- Design, build, and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations for financial and operational reporting.
- Develop advanced data models, measures, and DAX formulas to deliver accurate and interactive insights.
- Maintain and improve existing reports to meet evolving business needs.
* SQL & BigQuery Data Management
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from Google BigQuery.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Lavergne's reporting standards.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to support data integrity and performance optimization.
* Automation & Integration
- Set up and manage data connections between BigQuery and Power BI.
- Automate data refreshes, report scheduling, and KPI updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the reporting and data management process.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the finance, operations, and production teams to understand reporting needs.
- Present analytical results clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document data models, queries, and dashboard structures.

Yêu cầu
* Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and SQL reporting.
- Proven experience with Google BigQuery or other cloud-based databases.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and relational database design.
- Good understanding of financial or operational data structures.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of data governance, report automation, and data security practices.
- Familiarity with Python or Power Automate is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
