Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance to partners and customers on site energy solution delivery, and resolve complex issues
Communicate daily with customers and partners to keep information flowing on time
Track delivery progress and drive quick resolution of bottlenecks
Prepare project documents: acceptance reports, test reports, meeting minutes, progress trackers, and FAQ lists
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in electrical power systems, energy, or telecom infrastructure
Knowledge of rectifiers, batteries, grid, and monitoring system analysis
Familiarity with power system analysis tools such as ETAP
Understanding of SNI, IEEE, and IEC standards and local regulations for electrical power systems
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team
Good command of Vietnamese and English
Nice to have: electrical-related certifications, Mandarin proficiency
