Innovate environmentally friendly and user-safe products by developing appropriate materials / additives for end-users.
Develop / Improve / Innovate the use of raw materials and production processes (e.g., use sustainable/green/recycle materials) to achieve annual sustainability targets. (Such as reducing internal and external waste, reducing water withdrawal, and minimizing virgin material usage)
Coordinate R&D projects from concept to industrialization / commercialization, ensuring project timelines and objectives are achieved.
Research and develop a variety of products and create new applications for products to meet market demands.
Conduct laboratory trials and industrial trials of new products and new materials as required. Prepare trial reports. Hand-over formulation and production process after successful development to Production.
Evaluate and develop new raw materials for quality, cost-saving opportunities to ensure product compliance, plant performance, and sustainability goals.
Develop, maintain and update product specifications, technical standards, operating parameters, and R&D documentation to ensure consistency and traceability.
Perform product benchmarking, application methods, and regular market visits to gain market insights, customer requirements, industry standards, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and competitive advantage.
Assess and manage technical changes related to formulations and raw materials to ensure product quality and process stability.
Participate in resolving process & quality incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions in each incident report.
Perform other tasks as required by direct manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Silicate Materials, Chemical, or other related fields.
2. Experience: At least one year of relevant experience, preferably from construction materials manufacturing.
