1. Responsible for ensuring quality control and continuous improvement throughout the productionprocess.
2. Address and resolve quality issues arising during production and processing; conduct root causeanalysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
3. Review raw material quality issues in collaboration with the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) andmonitor the implementation of improvement actions.
4. Work closely with Process Engineers to identify process risks and drive continuous improvement toenhance product yield and consistency.
5. Establish and maintain quality-related documentation standards and ensure compliance with thequality management system.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints, perform failure analysis, andimplement improvement measures.
7. Ensure customer requirements are properly implemented and maintained within the productionprocess.
8. Provide training, guidance, and performance supervision for Quality Control (QC) personnel.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: College degree or above in engineering
2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the cable assembly industry. Working experience in aWell-known company is preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in various quality tools such as 8D, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, and SPC.Possess a solid understanding of the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
4. Language Skills: English or Chinese is required.
5. Soft Skills: Strong teamwork spirit and logical analytical skills6. Other: willing working in night shift to support production until production runs stable
