1. PROJECT PLANNING (20%)
• Support PR Manager to do information research relating to brands, market, competitors and target audience to develop the qualified proposals
• Join in the internal brainstorm to ensure Quality & Timeline of Proposal
• Present the Proposal upon the request
• Decorate the final Proposal
• Contact the third parties for internal cost & quotation
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT SERVICE (30%)
• Develop the detailed Content Direction & Outline for PR articles, Social Post following the approved Proposal
• Manage the timeline for PR and Social Post
• Support the Project leaders to reply the queries from Clients during the Project Implementation
• Support the Project leaders to contact Copywriters/ Journalists and other third parties during the Project Implementation
• Support to manage the KOLs to ensure their deliverables on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website...
• Join in the events and coordinate with the Project leaders to work with journalists, third parties such as Photographers, Cameramen during the events
• Support to book PR Articles on the media
• Manage costs with the relevant parties
3. MEETING PARTICIPATION (15%)
• Participate in the meetings with clients and partners upon the requests
• Participate in the meetings to connect with clients and partners upon the requests
• Be encouraged to give opinions and build up relationships with clients/partners in the meetings
• Write-up the meeting minutes
4. DOCUMENTATION (20%)
• Manage contracts, invoices, liquidation documents and other documents relating to clients & partners
• Prepare contracts, invoices, liquidations & other documents to submit to seek for Managing Director's signature
• Follow up and manage the invoices with clients & other relevant parties
• Prepare Payment Requests for relevant partners under the payment timeline
5. INTERNAL ACTIVITES (15%)
• Join in Internal Training, Outing Trip of the company
• Support to organize the internal events such as Year-End Party, Christmas Party... upon the request
• Join in the meetings & gatherings with internal team
