Role
A PR Executive is expected to directly execute client work across public relations, corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder communications, and content development. This role requires more than following timelines or acting as a communication bridge; the PR Executive must be able to understand briefs, develop communication materials, support PR planning, handle media-facing work, and follow through execution with strong writing quality and attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with a clear interest in PR and content, strong writing ability, and the willingness to handle the actual work behind communication delivery - from brief handling and content development to media-facing support, project execution, reporting, and follow-up.
Concept
At SnP, a PR Executive plays a hands-on implementation role in client communication work. He/she is directly involved in drafting materials, supporting communication planning, preparing client-facing documents, coordinating with media and suppliers when required, and maintaining the quality of communication output throughout the project.
This role is for someone who can write clearly, work carefully with details, move quickly, and stay reliable under pressure. The ideal candidate should be able to grow beyond basic social content into broader PR and corporate communications work, including press materials, executive communications, PR events, stakeholder messaging, and communication reporting.
Key Responsibilities
PR Account & Client Support
· Receive client briefs, understand communication requirements properly, and translate them into clear PR tasks, content deliverables, and project directions.
· Support the development of PR and corporate communications plans that meet client objectives, timeline, budget, and execution requirements.
· Prepare proposals, status updates, meeting notes, recaps, reports, and other client-facing materials with clear structure and professional quality.
· Handle day-to-day client communication, follow up project progress, and update clients on key changes, delays, issues, or required inputs when needed.
· Present PR ideas, content directions, activity updates, and execution progress clearly and professionally when required.
PR, Content & Media Execution
· Draft and develop a wide range of communication materials, including press releases, PR articles, client memos, case studies, byliners, backgrounders, op-ed pieces, FAQs, talking points, briefing notes, and other communication collateral.
· Develop content angles, key messages, editorial directions, and supporting copy that are aligned with the approved PR strategy, client objectives, audience needs, and media context.
· Support and execute PR and corporate communications activities across media relations, content development, event coordination, stakeholder communications, and campaign-related PR deliverables.
· Maintain and update media lists where relevant; support media pitching, media follow-up, information checking, and media-facing coordination with professionalism and responsiveness.
· Support the implementation of press conferences, media briefings, media tours, analyst meetings, launches, stakeholder meetings, and other communication events when required.
Project Execution & Quality Control
· Work directly on execution, not only coordination, ensuring deliverables are aligned with the approved brief, scope, timeline, budget, and expected quality.
· Work with clients, media contacts, suppliers,
designers, photographers, production vendors, A/V partners, and other relevant partners when required for project delivery.
· Use research and information sources effectively to strengthen communication materials, recommendations, content quality, and project implementation.
· Monitor project progress and output quality throughout implementation; identify risks or weak deliverables early and propose practical solutions.
· Prepare reports, evaluations, media monitoring summaries, campaign learning points, and practical recommendations after each phase or project.
· Follow up documentation, payment status, and related administrative matters accurately, and report to
Account Manager or senior team members when required.
Professional Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
· At least 2 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, content, agency, media, or related communications environment.
· Strong copywriting and content development skills in Vietnamese; good ability to write, edit, and structure communication materials in English is an advantage.
· Good understanding of PR work, corporate communications, media relations, content approaches, and how press or news-related materials operate in practice.
· Experience in drafting professional communication materials such as press releases, PR articles, briefing notes, talking points, case studies, byliners, or executive communication content.
· Basic understanding of the local media landscape and experience supporting media-facing activities, PR events, or communication programs is a strong advantage.
· Good research skills and the ability to turn information into clear, credible, and meaningful communication output.
· Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
· Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, respond to fast changes, and meet tight deadlines.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to grow beyond social content into broader PR and corporate communications work.
· Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Benefits

· Healthcare benefits, including PTI health insurance and annual medical check-ups.
· Company incentive trips and year-end vacation.
· Training programs and cross-training workshops.
