Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled PR & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing effective public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the brand image and promote the services of Ariyana Convention Center. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for the events and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive PR and marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new clients.
* Brand Management:
- Support in ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
* Public Relations:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Help manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
* Marketing Campaigns:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
* Content Creation:
- Assist in overseeing the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and brochures.
* Digital Marketing:
- Manage the center's online presence, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
* Event Promotion:
- Collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming events and conferences.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies to maximize event attendance and participation.
* Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
* Budget Management:
- Assist in developing and managing the PR & marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources and measure the ROI of marketing activities.
* Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
