Responsibilities
Drive customer technical engagements to address customer requirements and secure technical wins. Educate customers on the power of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, enabling them to drive technical innovation.
Help customers to develop AI practice with technology goals for creating and building solutions to elevate customer productivity.
Work with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points. Develop solutions and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution, providing best practice advice to customers.
Act as a technical advocate within Google for Google Workspace technology partners and provide feedback from the field to Google Engineering teams on Google Workspace technologies.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with Cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers.
Experience in unified communications and collaboration and enterprise productivity solutions, and with identity solutions such as Google Endpoint Management (GEM) software.
Experience with scripting for automation, code development and low code/no code solutions.
Experience with System Integrators/Service Providers (SIs/CSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to engage with local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a similar position (e.g., Technical Sales Engineer, Partner Engineer, etc.) in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer or partner-facing role, including working as a member of a Professional Services, Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering team.
Experience in practice building.
Understanding of productivity technologies and how they can integrate with AI, IOT, A/V systems to deliver next-generation user experience.
Ability to articulate and present Gen AI, Google AI full stack value to executive audiences CxOs, Line of Business and technology stakeholders, of partners and customers' organizations.
