- Be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team.
- Organize, plan, implement and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective to ensure the technical win.
- Participate in sales calls and on-site visits.
- Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation.
- Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations.
- Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and assist in Project's statement-of-work documents in support of system quotations
- High conformity working with sales teams.
- Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years working as Presales/ Consultant in the IT field.
- Proven experience in one of these domain: AI-IoT/ Managed Service, ITSM/ BFSI.
- Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites.
- Fluency in English (euivalent to TOEIC 750++)
