Job Description
Manage company expenses, accounts receivable, petty cash, and financial records.
Report tax/invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting databases.
Prepare and review import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations).
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers, ensure smooth customs clearance.
Monitor inventory levels, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure adequate stock availability.
Collaborate with Sales,
Purchasing, Finance, and Warehouse teams to align operations.
Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, customs requirements.
Support Sales team with reports, presentations, and presales documentation.
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or import-export operations.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, HS codes, and trade compliance.
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
Familiarity with MISA Accounting Software is an advantage.
Strong integrity, independent working ability, and problem-solving mindset.
Effective presentation and basic selling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint.
