Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical,
Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
Good communication in English
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on of experience in manufacturing or production engineering. Experience in changeover management, equipment troubleshooting, and process documentation.
Knowledge:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; familiar with RCA methodologies and quality tools.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement concepts.
Functional skills:
Able to read technical drawings, machine schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Ability to install, troubleshoot and modify machines according to drawings, electrical diagrams PLC, HMI understanding and programming is a plus
Capable of supporting machine setup, improvement, and troubleshooting activities.
