• Plan, control, and supervise preventative maintenance activities for all machinery, equipment, utility systems, and facilities (production, packaging, warehouse, wastewater treatment, etc.).
• Establish and operate a spare parts management system to ensure seamless maintenance and repair operations while optimizing inventory costs.
• Ensure compliance in view of engineering store & Preventative maintenance as per PEPSICO standards.
• Manage improvement projects related to production and packaging processes.
• Engineering store - Inventory managements, stock managements as well as maintaining Min - max level.
• Engineering store - GRN, Invoicing , PR/PO & tracking of all.
• Enhance the efficiency of the PeMM (Plant Engineering Maintenance Management) system.
• Control E&M budget.
• Implement sustainable through TPM
1. Operational Excellence
• Develop, adjust, and monitor maintenance plans for all areas, buildings, and systems.
• Control, track, and report on maintenance status.
• Take responsibility for technical standards and relevant regulatory compliance.
• Manage technical data: documentation, spare parts, maintenance dashboards, energy consumption reports, downtime reports, etc.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for machinery breakdowns.
• Develop the capabilities of the maintenance and technical warehouse teams.
• Train and upskill maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and RECON programs.
2. People Development
• Coach and train production and packaging technicians.
• Foster teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Building contacts with local vendors , for fast tracking of engineering depended jobs.
