- Manage and optimize the product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of categories and brands to meet customer demand in the Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh City market.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new item introductions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery and product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations, driving sales growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, implement effective replenishment strategies, and minimize stockouts to enhance customer experience.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, or retailing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Solid understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Vietnam retail market.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of Alibaba International's Lazada platform.
