Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Transfer products/process/technology from oversea and implement in Vietnam.
Fully understand current process capability. Develop, improve processes simply, reliably, efficiently. Reduce process variance. Ensure product yield achieve target
Saving cost by continual optimize and improve processing method, material, tooling, consumable etc.
Develop new process technique. Extend process capability. Capture new part order.
Technical problem handling and support for internal and external customer
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences. The following specialisations in Engineering or Sciences are preferred: Mechanical Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Material Sciences; Materials Engineering and other relevant specialisations with the job.
Master's degree or higher is a plus.
Typically requires a minimum of 9 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
Experience in optical industry or mechanical industry is a plus
Working Conditions
English communication is compulsory. Chinese is a plus.

Ability to use CAD software to help in simple tools, fixture design.
Have Knowledge of ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC and other statistical methods is a plus
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.
