Principal - International Kindergarten

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead a premium international kindergarten located in Sunshine City, Hanoi - a rapidly growing, expatriate-friendly community. I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operational Leadership:
- Direct all daily school operations including HR, finance/budgeting, and admissions;
- Oversee administrative functions, documentation, and record-keeping systems;
- Monitor key operational data including enrollment, attendance, and performance indicators
• Academic Excellence:
- Oversee the implementation and quality control of an international early childhood curriculum;
- Assess program needs and ensure effective curriculum delivery;
- Lead resolution of student-related issues including behavior, learning challenges, and crisis situations.
• Team Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of local and expatriate educators;
- Build and lead a high-performing team of local and expatriate educators;
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and child-centered school culture.
• Growth & Enrollment:
- Drive brand reputation and student recruitment initiatives to meet growth targets;
- Plan and coordinate school programs, events, and activities (e.g. field trips, performances, special events) to enhance school visibility and engagement
• Stakeholder Relations: Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and the local community.
