Bachelor of Science Degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent.
6+ years of highly successful experience in related field.
Experience in laser welding for battery pack (must have)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English with CET 4.0 and above. CET 6.0 preferred.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to be direct "hands-on" with equipment and engineering projects.
Quality statistical analysis skills (SPC, CPK, ANOVA Analysis, etc)
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and International).
Experience with various weld methods and technologies.(Reflow/wave soldering?)
Experience in automation systems, mechanical & electronic machine development and life cycle.
