Set up process QC and collect and monitor yield data.
Promote improvements to quality issues within process groups.
Handle and prevent process exceptions.
Control process consistency and process technical document preparation.
Apply RCSE (Rearrange / Combine / Simplify / Eliminate) principles to simplify production processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor costs.
Introduce automated equipment or production lines.
Assist team members in developing improvement plans to reduce quality issues, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Provide technical support for production lines, suppliers, and other relevant areas.
Understand customers' product usage and organize the team to promptly resolve quality and technical issues raised by customers.
Prepare comprehensive and professional initial investigation reports.
Provide positive, active, efficient, and professional services for projects and customers.
Cooperate with Quality Engineers to improve testing methods and measurement instruments and resolve customer complaints.
Provide technical support and services in collaboration with Sales, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, Planning, and other departments.
Fully understand tasks assigned by superiors, develop action plans, complete tasks on time, summarize issues in reports, and actively achieve assigned goals.
