Process Engineer | Graduate Trainee Program

Working for 1 year in Tay Ninh province, then depending on the personalized development orientation, the employee will participate in training in Malaysia and then return to Fico-YTL to work (in HCMC or Tay Ninh province). In short, this is a position that we will accompany for long-term development, so think carefully before applying and deciding, to prepare a professional working mindset.
- Conduct and analyse mass & heat balance for pyro and grinding process plant section for troubleshooting and process equipment design requirement.
- Study, establish, execute and monitor the debottlenecking and process audit & process improvement exercise including the mass and heat balance, interlocking, control loop, start-stop sequence, instrument calibration, false air, burner, cooler and other systems throughout the integrated cement plant process.
- Take charge the process engineering in project management team such as process review, technical specification, field testing and commissioning activities and performance test.
- Conduct study and provide technical support for ARM, SCM and WHR, process safety, in terms of process equipment design requirement, compliance to safety and environment, reliability and desired product quality.
- Assist in operation and project team to troubleshoot and analyse system anomalities and propose correction and rectification.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior to support company operations and objectives.
