Mô tả công việc

Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team in the metallurgy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
Conduct assessments of current production processes.
Collaborate with Production Operations, R&D, and Quality Control departments.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation.
Train and support production staff.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, or a related field.
Solid understanding of mechanical principles and electronics.
In-depth knowledge of production processes within the metallurgy industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proven experience in optimizing production processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
