o Perform process control and improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical tool methods, data collection and analysis.
o Create production layout, optimizer production layout to get the optimal efficiency.
o Work closely with the Quality Engineer and Production Coordinator to review and approve operating, set up, and inspection instructions and verification documents, test instruction.
o Co-operate with other team to prepare documentation for internal and external audit.
o Monitor process, collect information and analyze data related to process and product.
o Evaluate internal defect and downtime information and suggest suitable action to each problem.
o Support Process & CIP to run EPR: collect data, analyze the issue and solve problem/issue incurred during the EPR running.
Evaluate the change, the improvement and new process, provide solution/suggestion
