Process Engineer

Carry out process design and detail engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, process optimization, sizing & selection of equipment, etc.
Review of client's tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of design data and calculations as directed by the Snr Process Engineer.
Preparation of various engineering deliverables (drawings & documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, HAZOP studies & reports, operation & maintenance manuals, etc.
Participate in the preparation of project cost estimates as directed by the Snr Process Engineer.
Basic design calculations, materials selection and components evaluation as directed.
Preparation and issue of Request for Quotations (RFQs), evaluation of vendor's quotations, clarifications, technical bid analysis, etc.
Review of vendor's documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications, and calculations.
Supervise manufacturing activities at sub-contractor's premises and liaise with their representatives.
Supervise installation activities at project work sites and carry out commissioning activities on site as required.
Participate in commissioning activities of general process equipment for projects both in Vietnam and overseas.
Assist customers with process equipment issues including investigations and troubleshooting activities at their premises.
Participate in product development activities as directed.
Assist in the maintenance of the company's engineering reference database.
Assist sales personnel with technical advice or customer enquiries.
