Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze production data and recommend improvements to reduce waste and operational costs.
Support new product launches and process validation activities.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to solve technical issues.
Develop and update work instructions, process parameters, and operating procedures.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and kaizen projects.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Provide technical support and training to production operators when needed.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of process improvement tools, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication and teamwork skills, willing to learn and work
