Process Improvement Engineer

Purpose of the job
Drive Plant Improvement Activities / Project Management activities
General Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all data sources related to projects and maintain them up to date / accurately / on time
Perform data analysis / visualization (Excel / Power BI) based on Project requirements
Follow up all project activities with project owners in all departments based on project timeline
Conduct regular project reviews with project teams
Conduct Process Analysis based on project requirements
Conduct Process audits based on plan,
Conduct training / assist with project training execution
Continuous learning on new tools / knowledge based on department managers requirement
Bachelor Degree of Industrial Management/ System Engineering or other related majors
Strong in Data analysis, especially Excel (Advanced level) & Power BI
Lean 6 sigma knowledge will be a great advantage
English communication (directly report to an expat)
Good communication and collaboration skill
