Job Description
Guide project teams in building project plans and applying internal quality processes.
Monitor compliance with software development processes and support improvements as needed.
Record and report quality metrics such as KPI, Non-Conformity (NC), and project risks.
Support teams in process execution and using appropriate tools.
Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing activities depending on capability
Requirements
Bachelor's or College degree in IT or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in PQA, QA process, or related positions.
Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMi, etc.
Proficient in using Jira, Redmine, Confluence; good at basic Excel functions.
Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail, and high discipline.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, quality analysis techniques (5Why, Fishbone...), and ability to read technical documents in English.
