Position Summary
Be responsible for quality system establishment and maintenance, setting quality standards, trouble shooting, data analysis by leveraging quality tools, leading or co-leading quality continual improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain quality system requirements, follow-up with the related execution
Track the quality results and drive the related improvements.
Lead or co-lead the quality incident investigation and drive / verify the related corrective actions.
Lead the quality data analysis to drive the related improvements
Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team's capabilities.
