1. Arrange Daily QE technician work / inspection work by establishment of Quality Instruction ( QI ) and conduct the related training.
2. Review all the MI/TI before release to Central Documentation Centre for production use. Work with PE to base on Flowchart/PFMEA/MI/TI/QI to prepare the control plan. and get control by Central Documentation Centre.
3. Lead QE technician to buyoff the line, machine, tools, jig and fixture before release to production line usage.
4. Translate / update the customer quality requirement to WCL procedure for QA job instruction.
5. Review line quality defects, customer complaint and RMA and conduct QCC and related meeting to root cause the issue and work on corrective / preventive action.
6. Responsible to lead the production and quality team to well prepare for internal / external audit for the responsible account.
7. Instantaneous feedback quality issues to manager and engineer for problem solving.
8. Conduct activity assigned by QA/PQE manager.
9. To carry out both technical support and training support to the staffs if there is any quality issues.
10. To achieve the quality targets ( KPIs ) by regular review and monitor the quality activities to ensure they are effectively implement.
11. Regular report the quality status to QA/PQE manager
12. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are compliance to safety standard requirement
1. Junior college or above (Major in Electronics,
Electrical Engineering, or related field)
2. Good communication skills in English. Able to read and write in English
3. At least 3 years experience in the Quality field and at least 1 year as Process Quality Engineer in the PCBA manufacturing industry or equivalent. Prefer in the automotive industry.
4. Knowledgeable of 7 Quality Tools and methodologies
5. Exposures on problem solving techniques like 8D methodology, 5-why, poke yoke etc.
6. Ability to drive for continuous improvement
7. Strong analytical skills, understand PPAP, understand PFMEA, able to prepare control plan and Quality Instruction.
