1. Job Description:
- Thoroughly understand the company's entire production process; monitor and update changes related to processes, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform internal quality control on the production line: inspect products according to standards, supervise quality control points (QC points), record and report daily quality data.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to early detect quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Receive, handle, and follow up on customer quality complaints; coordinate with suppliers to resolve incoming material/component defects when issues arise.
- Participate in developing, updating, and maintaining documents related to production processes and quality management (work instructions, checklists, non-conformance reports, etc.).
- Support process improvement activities and product quality enhancement initiatives in line with the company's direction.
Yêu cầu
2. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical - Electronics, or Automation.
- Proficient in 2D & 3D CAD software.
- Good communication skills, logical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn.
- Intermediate English skills (able to read technical documents, write emails, and prepare reports).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
