Job Summary: Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing
Lead end-to-end procurement and logistics for mechanical parts (sheet-metal, welding, CNC) and electrical standard parts (pneumatic components, sensors, motors, connectors, PLCs) that supply our automated electronics-assembly lines in Bac Ninh, ensuring 100 % on-time delivery (OTD) to customers through a resilient Vietnamese supplier base.
Role and responsibilities
Order Handling & Documentation
• Own the complete purchase-to-pay cycle: create POs, monitor confirmations, expedite deliveries, and maintain compliant records.
Sourcing & Procurement
• Mechanical & Electrical Standard Parts Focus: Run RFQ/RFI events, conduct on-site audits, and manage PPAP approvals for new and existing suppliers.
• Developing and managing OSS (On site Services) manpower (temporary/contract labor) suppliers, including sourcing, contracting and issue OSS PO.
Logistics & Customs
• Ensure 100 % accuracy of import/export declarations and coordinate with Vietnam Customs for seamless clearance.
