Develop and implement
purchasing strategies, procurement plans, and annual budgets aligned with the company's business objectives and operational requirements.
Establish, evaluate, and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply chain.
Manage the procurement of GI/GL steel coils and related raw materials, ensuring timely availability to support production demands.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements to achieve the best overall value for the company.
Monitor and control procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery performance, and material quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.
Manage procurement costs and budgets while identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value optimization across the supply chain.
Prepare and present periodic procurement reports, performance analyses, and ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including Warehouse, Production, Accounting, Sales, and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient procurement operations and uninterrupted business activities.
Male/Female, 30-45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Mandatory experience in purchasing GI/GL steel coils.
Strong knowledge of steel products, quality standards, and domestic/international supplier markets.
Good negotiation, supplier management, and cost control skills.
Good command of English.
