Procurement/ Material Staff

Procurement:
- Searching and sourcing new vendors following company request
- Develop new vendors, new items and enhance localization to meet requirement of Quality, Cost, Supply
- Price management, price negotiation with suppliers to get the most competitive price
- Supplier management, supplier improvement
- Perform other task assigned by manager and have a strategy to achieve the goal in deadline
Material:
- Local supplier's parts delivery control, risk delivery management
- Daily PSI monitoring, daily delivery, forecast,
- Analysis, control Mold/Machine/Assembly Supplier's capacity
- Mass production quality issue follow up as well as supplier's quality improvement
- Mass production 4M schedule control, items changing management
- Monitoring and analyzing of stock delivery and local supplier box, cart and supplier improvement
