Execute procurement plans for coal, raw materials, and related services to ensure business continuity with optimal cost.
Source, develop, and maintain supplier networks; negotiate and manage contracts.
Oversee
purchasing activities, quality control, and delivery schedules.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
Negotiate pricing (coal and services) to achieve cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in energy, coal, raw materials, or bulk commodities.
Strong understanding of the energy market (coal, LNG, renewable energy, etc.) and key supply-demand drivers.
Knowledge of international trade practices (Incoterms, commercial contracts).
Basic finance and accounting knowledge related to procurement (FX, interest rates, LC, TT payments, etc.).
Familiar with end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, contracting, delivery, payment.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Odoo).
Skills
Market intelligence: ability to gather and evaluate data from multiple sources, monitor global market trends.
Strong analytical skills to compare quotations and prepare negotiation strategies.
Contract management: track progress, resolve issues, and ensure execution.
Professional communication and negotiation with domestic & international suppliers.
Team player with cross-functional collaboration (logistics, warehouse, accounting).
Logical thinking, detail-oriented, independent, and able to work under high pressure.
