1. Sourcing
- Identify, evaluate & onboard suppliers (focus: raw materials, parts)
- Conduct RFQ, compare quotations, negotiate price/MOQ/lead time
- Build & maintain supplier database; track market price movements
- Coordinate technical spec alignment between suppliers and engineering/QC team
- Support make-or-buy analysis and cost benchmarking
2. Order Management
- Issue and track Purchase Orders; follow up delivery schedules
- Resolve invoice/delivery discrepancies with suppliers
- Maintain procurement records & reporting (spend, lead time, on-time delivery)
3. Data Management & Process Excellence
- Build and maintain databases of suppliers, price and cost, project management.
- Standardize sourcing methodologies and contract governance across categories.
- Build and maintain the cross-functional collaboration: SC, RnD, MKT, Finance, Operation, Factory...
- University graduated in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering. Experience ≥ 2 years of
purchasing/SCM, experienced working with the technical department and related experience in the factories of production.
- Proficient in Chinese for effective communication and coordination with Chinese suppliers.
- Proven sourcing skills: ability to conduct RFQ, evaluate suppliers, negotiate price/MOQ/lead time, and build supplier pipelines, preferably with exposure to Chinese markets.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to work cross-functionally with technical, QC, and production teams.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier development. Ability to apply cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting for decision-making.
- Good computer skills, good Word and Excel software skills.
1. Probation time: 2 months (Receive 100% salary during the 2-month probation period)
2. Working time: flexible working hours (From Monday to Friday)
3. Working place: 01 Bach Dang, Tan Son hoa Ward, HCMC (plan to relocate to District 2)
