Mô tả công việc

Develop new suppliers based on business needs, be responsible for supplier onboarding and ongoing management
Follow up on project development progress, including RFQ, contract signing, and tracking shipment and payment processes
Control costs and gross margin, ensuring product quality and on-time delivery

根据业务需求开发新供应商,新供应商导入和维护
跟进项目开发进度,询价,签订合同,跟进出货和付款
控制成本和毛利,确保品质和交期

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience (trendy toys or IP-related product sourcing is preferred)
Experience in supplier development, sourcing, and cost analysis is a plus
Detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure; capable of independently driving projects
Strong logical thinking, good negotiation skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional problem solving
Strong data analysis and summarization skills
Good command of both English and Chinese

本科及以上学历,采购管理、供应链管理、物流管理等相关专业
3年以上采购工作经验,有潮玩、IP周边产品开发采购经验者优先考虑
具有供应商开发,寻源,采购成本分析经验优先考虑
细心,责任心强,有较强的抗压能力,能独立推动项目进展
能推动跨部门解决问题 ,逻辑思维强,较好的谈判能力
善于数据分析,有较强的分析、汇总能力
具备良好的中英文沟通能力
