Review product quality and resolve discrepancies.
Inventory & Records
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when needed.
Enter purchase details into internal databases.
Prepare reports on purchases, costs, and supplier performance.
Compliance & Strategy
Implement company procurement policies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Attend trade shows and industry events to stay updated.
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related fields.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Ability to adapt quickly to new procurement systems or any software required for the role.
Understanding of basic data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to use Canva for basic design and presentation purposes.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Core Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and cross-functional team coordination.
Negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
