Product Compliance Specialist

Position Summary: A Product Compliance Specialist ensures furniture products meet all legal, safety and environmental standards of the markets.
Key Responsibilities
Daily follow-up with 3rd party labs and internal teams to track and maintain test reports and compliance checklists.
Collaborate closely with vendors to complete carton layouts, artwork/AI files, compliance labels, and lab test submissions while maintaining updated tracking sheets.
Monitor GCC (General Certificate of Conformity) process by driving timely lab test renewals with vendors and ensuring compliant, accurate GCC uploads to the CPSC portal.
Continuously review and analyze updated client product specifications, safety protocols, and regional testing requirements to ensure full operational alignment.
Maintain and update the Color Panel renewal list and remind the finishing team about expiring color panels.
Verify EPA / CARB documentation (semi-annual for random audit and testing/certificate)
Record & consolidate testing payments.
Work on related product compliance issues.
Maintain law license checklist.
Work on vendor setup.
Run data from system to work on vendor performance.
Other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Mandarin (Chinese) speaking is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product compliance, quality assurance.
Experience working with international companies, cross-border teams, and global operational processes.
Working experiences at 3rd party testing labs is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of furniture testing standards and procedure is a strong advantage

Benefits:
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with 2 work-from-home days per week.
Annual leave: 12 days of annual leave and 5 days of sick leave per year.
Salary: VND 12-15 million per month.
