Product Costing Manager

Minimum Education Requirement: Related diploma/ Degree University in accounting/ finance
Professional Requirements: Chief accountant certificate Or Equivalent
Requirement:
• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines with minimum 8 years solid working experience in manufacturing costing;
• The managerial role in the costing team is highly preferred. Less experienced will be considered to costing accountant;
• Strong knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners;
• Highly collaborative with solid change management skills;
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to provide proactive solutions with limited direction and input;
• Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all level;
• Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage;
• Experience in ERP systems is a must;
Personal Quality Requirement:
• Has strong affinity and plan execution ability.
• Clear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database, sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely and effective manner.
• Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.
• Able to handle emergencies.
