About this role

1. Job Description:
Own a feature flow end-to-end - from understanding the problem, defining the direction and designing the solution to handoff, development, QA, and release.
Take on both the Product Designer and
Product Owner hats at the feature level, connecting user needs, product goals, design decisions, and the development process.
Work closely with Product Managers,
Developers, and QC throughout the development process - not simply finishing the design and "throwing it over the wall" to Dev.
Create user-centered UI/UX with strong hierarchy, clarity, consistency, and high visual quality.
Analyze user feedback, product data, and business requirements to develop and continuously improve solutions.
Proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and take ownership of improvements that can bring meaningful value to the product.
Work with the team to reverse-build and evolve our Design System from the existing product, including Components, Patterns, Design Tokens, and system-building principles.
Actively apply AI in your daily workflow for research, exploration, prototyping, documentation, and improving work efficiency.
Contribute to improving our design process and the way Design, Product, Dev, and QC collaborate to build better products.
2. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role, preferably with experience working on digital products.
A strong portfolio/case studies demonstrating your thinking, problem-solving approach, and design decisions - not just visual execution.
Strong Product Thinking & Logical Reasoning, with the ability to look beyond individual screens and understand the bigger picture of a feature.
Ability to take ownership of a feature from problem → solution → design → delivery and follow it through to completion.
Strong foundation in UX/UI & Visual Design, including user-centered design, user flows, wireframing, usability, hierarchy, and interaction design.
Solid understanding or hands-on experience with Design Systems, Design Tokens, Components, and system-building principles.
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Ability to clearly present, explain, and defend design decisions using logic, data, and user insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with PMs, Developers, and QC; comfortable with constructive debate and feedback.
A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and persistence. When you see a problem, you take action rather than waiting for someone else to assign you a task.
A habit of using AI as part of your workflow, not just for experimentation.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
