SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Designer to help shape exceptional user experiences across our internal projects and innovation initiatives. You will play a key role in understanding user needs, identifying product opportunities, and translating ideas into intuitive, effective, and brand-consistent designs.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver at heart, with strong design fundamentals, the ability to lead design efforts independently, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product direction and design culture within the company.
What You Will Do
Although each day is usually different and presents its own challenges, there are common themes that you will face every day.
Overseeing all internal projects.
Discovering new projects, understanding the pain points and users' expectations, and defining how to approach the problems or innovations through user experience.
Designing, wireframing, prototyping.
Supporting Engineering with design implementation.
Interacting with the Product Design Director and iterating on designs.
Interacting with external stakeholders, listening to and understanding their feedback while defending your design decisions.
Ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.
Reporting and providing insights to the Product Design Director.
Participating in the definition of the Design team's direction.
Identifying and leading new design initiatives.
