Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the credit product portfolio
- Oriented Customer segment and Key customer profile for development each period
- Lead the development, enhancement, and operation of credit Products/Solution/Offering
- Conduct regular market analysis (trends, customer needs, competitors) to improve existing Credit Products/Solution/Offering and develop new ones
- Drive innovation in credit Products/Solution/Offering to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
- Ensure Credit Products/Solution/Offering comply with relevant regulations
- Build and develop a high-performing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in banking, with a focus on credit products, product management, or related areas
- Strong understanding of credit risk management principles, regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
