Product Development Manager

University degree; Business & administration of marketing is preferably;
Work experience with foreign or J.V company, preferably in Life Insurance.
Particular experience in the area of sales and marketing, in particular the development and promotion of life insurance products.
Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good English skills, particularly in creative writing and proposal writing.
Excellent computer skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :
Internal interface
Communicate clearly and concisely and maintain good relationship with related departments and product development/implementation members, especially during the product development process.
Maintain good relationship with senior sales managers with a view to get their involvement in the product development process and get their feedback accordingly.
External Interface
Build up an effective network of reference across the industry for the collection of competitor information for development of required product.
CHALLENGES :
Support in ensuring the Company's position as a leading provider of top quality products through effective product development.
Achieving project schedules within time frames agreed and successfully coordinating activities with other managers, functional staff and actuary.
