Product Failure Analysis
Perform failure analysis on defective products across NPI, Mass Production (MP), Reliability (REL), and RMA stages.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with R&D, ME, TE, PQE and relevant teams to improve product quality.
Production Yield Management & Improvement
Monitor test stability, yield rates, and defect trends during production.
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce recurring defects.
Assess risks and define appropriate actions for abnormal production lots.
NPI & Mass Production Process Management
Support product process management from NPI through Mass Production.
Establish Control Run and product rework processes.
Issue repair/rework procedures and work instructions for Repair Engineers (RE).
Engineering Change & Product Configuration Management
Control BOM and manage ECN/ECO changes.
Ensure engineering changes are correctly implemented in production.
Cross-functional & Customer Coordination
Work closely with ME, PQE, TE, R&D, IE, AE, SI, SQE and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Communicate with customers regarding product failures and improvement plans.
Reporting & Performance Management
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on Yield, KPI and Failure Trends.
Present analysis results and improvement proposals to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
College degree or above in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Failure Analysis or Process Engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in product failure analysis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of NPI and Mass Production processes; experience with BOM and ECN is a plus.
Strong ability to analyze Yield/KPI data and solve production issues.
Good working proficiency in English or Chinese, especially for technical communication and documentation.
Strong teamwork, cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Phân tích lỗi sản phẩm (Failure Analysis)
Thực hiện phân tích sản phẩm lỗi trong các giai đoạn NPI, MP, REL, RMA.
Xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ (Root Cause Analysis) và đề xuất hành động khắc phục & phòng ngừa (CAPA).
Phối hợp với RD, ME, TE, PQE và các bộ phận liên quan để cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm.
Quản lý và cải thiện Yield sản xuất
Theo dõi độ ổn định thử nghiệm, tỷ lệ đạt (Yield rate) và xu hướng lỗi trong sản xuất.
Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và giảm lỗi lặp lại.
Đánh giá rủi ro và đưa ra phương án xử lý đối với các lot sản xuất bất thường.
Quản lý quy trình NPI & sản xuất hàng loạt
Hỗ trợ quản lý quy trình sản phẩm từ NPI đến Mass Production.
Thiết lập Control Run và quy trình Rework cho sản phẩm.
Phát hành quy trình sửa chữa, làm lại và tài liệu hướng dẫn cho RE (Repair Engineer).
Quản lý thay đổi kỹ thuật & cấu hình sản phẩm
Kiểm soát BOM và thực hiện quản lý ECN/ECO.
Đảm bảo thay đổi kỹ thuật được triển khai chính xác trong sản xuất.
Phối hợp liên phòng ban & khách hàng
Làm việc với các nhóm ME, PQE, TE, RD, IE, AE, SI, SQE và nhà cung cấp để xử lý vấn đề kỹ thuật.
Trao đổi kỹ thuật với khách hàng về vấn đề lỗi và kế hoạch cải thiện.
Báo cáo & quản lý hiệu suất
Thực hiện báo cáo ngày/tuần/tháng (Yield, KPI, Failure trend).
Trình bày kết quả phân tích và đề xuất cải tiến với nội bộ và khách hàng.
Yêu cầu
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các ngành kỹ thuật, ưu tiên Điện, Điện tử, Điện tử viễn thông hoặc liên quan.
Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Product Engineer / Failure Analysis / Process trong lĩnh vực sản xuất điện tử.
Có kinh nghiệm phân tích lỗi sản phẩm (Failure Analysis), tìm nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đề xuất cải tiến.
Hiểu quy trình NPI và Mass Production, kiểm soát BOM & ECN là lợi thế.
Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu Yield/KPI và xử lý vấn đề sản xuất.
Tiếng Anh hoặc
Tiếng Trung sử dụng tốt trong công việc (đọc hiểu tài liệu, trao đổi kỹ thuật).
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, phối hợp với nhiều bộ phận và chịu được áp lực công việc.
