Mô tả công việc
1. Strategic planning and forecasting
- Prepare annual Marketing Plan of assigned product portfolio that defines the relevant market environment and strategic marketing direction, manage the approved promotion budget to achieve the approved sales and profit targets.
- Prepare annual sales forecast of the assigned brands and implement the various marketing activities to drive attainment the sales target within approved promotions budget.
- Determine the price level of assigned product/product group and recommend price adjustments due to internal/external factors.
- Review and recommend product portfolio initiatives to include product development and product launches.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of promotional programs to support brand and sales objectives.
2. Market Analyze
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.
3. Customer Engagement
- Establish network of Key Opinion Leaders who will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings and CME activities and will provide customer input for planning purposes.
- Build up and strengthen the customer relationship and KOLs network.
- Establish contacts, form affiliations, make proper representation of the company and participate in meetings, conventions and network building opportunities
4. Field force support
- Provide Sales force with the required product knowledge training and equip them with the necessary tools to effectively perform their selling function.
- Cooperate field force to prepare for the hospital Tender & centralize Tender approach
5. Others
- Ensure all MKT activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to
- Co-operate with other department for road-show (if any)
- Carry special work as assigned by Management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University, major in Medicine & Pharmacy
- Marketing or management qualification preferred
- More than 3 years of experience in relevant position
- Strong compliance mindset
- Working experience in a multi-national pharmaceutical company is advantageous
- Commercial and business acumen, managing financial budgets, and achieving performance measures.
- Strong analytical skills, planning to analyze data and develop appropriate marketing strategies to address market conditions. - - Must track and monitor performance of the brand.
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for relationship building and negotiation skills with your internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner.
- High creativity and innovation, passion for products and understanding customer needs, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.
- Marketing or management qualification preferred
- More than 3 years of experience in relevant position
