Product Lead

EDUCATION:
• 1. BS degree or equivalent.
REQUIRED:
• 2. Major in Engineering or related fiber optical fields
PREFERRED:
• Bachelor Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
• 1. Minimum of 10 years' experience as a product manager or superintendent in an engineering department
• 2. Experience in conducting Data Center trend and infrastructure
• 3. Good knowledge or experience of Silicon Photonics and Laser diode
• 4. Good communicator with positive mindset to handle transformation by market strategy
• 5. Ability to write reports and effectively present information to management and customers
PREFERRED:
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• 1. Good organizational skills
• 2. Ability to lead and motivate product development
REQUIRED:
• 3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• 4. Familiar with Data Center or Central Office infrastructure and requirement
• Have a minimum of 10 year project management experience in fiber optical
