JOB SUMMARY
Handles sample arrangements from Vietnam factory to the customers and regions and supports Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam teams in their daily operations and paperwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Provide support to Marketing and Project Management team (in VN, China and Hong Kong) to resolve issues in order fulfillment and production/shipment release, especially for tasks requiring physical presence in Vietnam.
• Handle sample arrangement from start to finish (submit requests, prepare samples, pack, ship out and track approval).
• Assist in account management including coordination with customers and internal departments such as factory operations, engineering team and packaging team to ensure timely delivery of projects and products.
• Acquire data from and update Oracle ERP system.
• Vietnam related travel and admin support.
• Support supply chain processes such as order processing, shipping and PMC planning.
• Prepare quotes and Excel reports.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Experience
• 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry of consumer products, with good understanding of factory operations • Experience with ERP system, preferably Oracle • Preferably with experience working with product development teams or consumer goods projects
Knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must • Basic understanding of finance and accounting • Basic understanding of trading, import & export activities • Mandarin language is a plus
Functional Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Abilities
• Willing to learn, a good team player and self-motivated • Well-organized individual with good communication skills and positive can-do attitude
*Working Location: Tan Phu Trung - Cu Chi - HCMC. Shuttle buses from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available
