Job description
As part of Mantu's growth, we are looking for a Product Manager within our Product Management function. Product Management at Mantu combines expertise and passion to reinforce, enhance, and broaden the brand's visibility and recognition, through strategic campaigns, content creation, and transversal project management. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will join the Product Management department and be part of a multicultural team with people based in various countries.
Your missions
Domain Coherence & Facilitation
Ensure the domain vision makes sense as a whole, without overriding individual product visions owned by POs
Facilitate cross-team alignment when multiple teams work on the same domain
Organize and lead Program Increment planning to synchronize priorities across teams
Support POs in their discovery work (story mapping, user research) - enable, don't replace
Resolve dependencies and remove blockers at the domain level
Stakeholder Partnership
Build constructive, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders
Work closely with IT Business Partners to ensure business needs are accurately understood and prioritized
Partner with the
Engineering Manager to align product direction with technical capacity and constraints
Act as the escalation point when cross-team or cross-stakeholder arbitration is required
People Management
Manage and develop
Product Owners, UX
Designers, and Scrum Masters within your domain
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career growth
Ensure POs have ownership and accountability over their products
Foster a collaborative culture where teams feel empowered to make decisions
Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs to measure domain performance and adoption
Identify improvement opportunities based on data, user feedback, and team retrospectives
Drive initiatives to improve how teams work with users and stakeholders
AI Transformation: Drive the transition from traditional workflows to AI-centric solutions
Your Profile
Education
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience
7+ years total professional experience
Solid experience in Product Management (3+ years)
Proven people management experience (direct reports, performance management, career development)
Track record of working at domain or program level, coordinating multiple teams or products
Experience in Agile environments with multi-team coordination
Experience working in international or multicultural environments
Languages
Vietnamese & English mandatory
