Position Overview

As the Product Manager, you will drive the development and enhancement of our AI-powered global identity platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that not only meets rigorous compliance standards but also provides an exceptional user experience across our diverse client base spanning 190+ countries.

What You Will Do

• Lead the strategic planning and execution platform development, ensuring alignment with our vision of becoming the gold standard in identity verification
• Orchestrate the implementation of advanced AI/ML technologies that power our automated verification processes, including state-of-the-art OCR, Face ID, Voice ID, Anti-deepfake, etc
• Manage the development of our multimodal verification capabilities spanning ID document processing, face liveness verification, and AML screening across 200+ languages
• Coordinate with engineering teams to enhance our microservice architecture, ensuring scalability and flexibility as our user base grows
• Drive the continuous improvement of our REST APIs and SDKs for major platforms, facilitating seamless integration for our clients
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to refine our dynamic risk assessment models and ensure they remain at the cutting edge of fraud detection
• Balance the implementation of automated verification with human expert oversight to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and integrity
• Ensure all platform developments adhere to global compliance standards and prioritize data privacy and security

Skills & Competencies Required

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, compliance, or identity verification.
• Familiar with microservices architecture and API-driven product environments.
• Experienced in working with AI/ML technologies and technical development teams.
• Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, and AML standards across global jurisdictions.
• Fluency in English (C1/Advanced), both written and verbal, and other foreign languages is preferred
• No restrictions on business travel
