Job Description: Manager, Product Management - Eye Drop Medicines

Marketing ManagerPosition Overview:
The Product Manager will oversee the marketing and commercial strategy of eye drop medicines, ensuring its success in the Vietnamese market. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving market share growth while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the product to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Monitor products performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure market success.
2. Budget and Target Management
Receive annual targets and manage the marketing budget for the entire year.
Assist the Marketing Manager in allocating targets and budgets to the national sales team.
Track and manage utilized budgets to ensure efficient resource use.
3. Brand Management
Strengthen brand positioning and awareness within target customer segments.
Manage the product's life cycle, including launches, rebranding, and updates according to the request of company.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, regulatory, and other team and departments to align marketing strategies with broader organizational goals.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and distribution efficiency in nationwide.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to promote products.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and marketing events for internal teams and external audiences.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor sales data, market share, and campaign "Return on Investment" to measure the effectiveness.
Prepare detailed monthly reports for the Marketing Manager on sales results, market trends, challenges, and progress against KPIs.
