Phytopharma is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to manage and develop its Oncology product portfolio. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs), particularly in marketing strategy, product development, and business performance management
Develop marketing strategies, action plans, and execute marketing programs for assigned products.
Plan and execute pre-launch and product launch activities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, treatment developments, and product positioning; provide regular market updates to the field force.
Develop promotional materials and sales tools; deliver product and disease-related training to the field force.
Build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs; organize and coordinate scientific conferences and workshops.
Monitor business performance, manage marketing budgets, and recommend corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Forecast product demand, coordinate with Logistics to ensure product availability, and address product-related customer complaints.
Identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) in accordance with Pharmacovigilance procedures and applicable regulations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing...
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager or in a similar role.
Candidates with Oncology product management experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs) are strongly preferred.
Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, marketing execution, and budget management.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market, particularly the ETC channel, hospital market, and specialty products.
Strong analytical, business forecasting, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
